Do to the recent rise in the number of requests to have UCTV cover events around campus, we've started a policy of requiring written requests of what you would like done.  You should include,

• The date and time
• location
• a description of the event
• how many people are involved in your event (or at least an estimate)
• a contact name and number
• what you would like or expect us to do for your event
• and anything else you think may be important for us to know to make your production work

All this information can be E-mailed, faxed, sent through campus mail, or even hand delivered to us at your convenience, but please, give us as much notice as you can so we can make this work, and what the events we choose to cover are booked in order of submission, so if you wait to long and someone else asks us first, we might not be able to help.  Here is our contact information.

Another option is to have a member from your organization do the filming and editing.  We offer educational lessons for students to learn how to operate our cameras and editing equipment so you can use or cameras and record your own events.   This is your best option, and if you are interested in having people trained in the use of our equipment than you can call Meghan at the station at 486-1000 and you can schedule a time with her.
